Ingredients
- 20 g oat flakes
- 150 g milk (low fat 1%)
- 20 g honey
- 7 g protein Whey Plex, cocoa
- 0,5 piece orange
- 10 g butter
Preparation
Crush the oat flakes in a food processor into fine flour. Add the vanilla protein into milk in a small pot, stir it well and bring to a boil. Once the milk has started boiling, start slowly adding the oat flour. Use all flour. Turn off the heat and add the butter and honey. Peel and cut the orange and serve with the oatmeal.
