Ingredients
- 20 g oat flakes
- 150 g milk (low fat 1%)
- 20 g honey
- 7 g protein Whey Plex, vanilla
- 50 g raspberries, frozen
- 10 g butter
Preparation
Crush the oat flakes in a food processor into fine flour. Add the vanilla protein into the milk in a small pot, stir it well and bring to a boil. Once the milk has started boiling, start slowly adding the oat flour. Use all the flour. Turn off the heat, add the butter, honey and stir in the frozen raspberries. The raspberries cool the mixture and it can be eaten right away.
