BOSU ball burpee
Starting position:
Take you position in front of the BOSU with your feet slightly more apart than shoulder width, with your hands hanging down, relaxed along the body.
Exercise:
From the standing position smoothly move into a push-up position with your hands on the BOSU. When you have made the push-up with your chest going almost down to touching the BOSU, jump up from the BOSU with both legs simultaneously. Then grab the BOSU and stand up from the squat position, lifting the BOSU above your head. From the standing position squat down and put the BOSU on the floor. Then jump to come back to the push-up position and repeat the movement from the start.
Remember:
Keep your body core firm and do not bend at the waist and keep your pelvis in a neutral position all the time.
Pay attention to your knees when jumping onto the BOSU. Keep your knees always parallel with your toes and do not let them rotate towards each other. The knees do not go beyond the toe line when you are jumping to the BOSU. Finish the jump to the BOSU with your feet in a slightly wider position than shoulder width.
Recommendation:
Pay attention to correct execution of all components of the exercise. First learn the correct techniques for the squat and for the push-up as separate exercises.
