Hi everybody, I’m Boro – former IFBB vice-champion of the World in Junior Bodybuilding and today full-time coach. Bodybuiding and fitness is my life and I will lead you through all the obstacles in forming your body. I know it’s not easy to keep the your training plan and especially the strict bodybuilding/fitness diet. But don’t worry - we are here to encourage you and to help you with all the difficulties on your way to the body of your dreams.
If you are serious with your training, you will need a tailor-made training plan and a training diary where you will follow your progress in the gym. You’ll need to create a profile at musqle.com and choose your training plan here: http://musqle.com/training-plans
Once you have a training plan, your training diary can be created by one click. You only need to know if you are ectomorph (naturally thin with difficulties gaining weight), mesomorph (naturally muscular with low fat storage) or endomorph (naturally inclined to store excessive fat).
Remember, proper diet is the key to your success. If you are training hard but can’t lose fat – it’s in your diet. If you sweat in the gym 4 days a week but gain very little or no muscle – again, you need to change your diet. I’m happy to tell you that we have a great chef creating hundreds of healthy food recipes for you. You will find the diet plans soon in our NUTRITION section. Keeping proper diet is especially challenging for aspiring bodybuilders or fitness athletes. We will publish many tips and tricks that will make your life easier.
