Ingredients
- {{ ingredientQuantities[0] * servingSize * 100 | roundTo:2 }} g potatoes
- {{ ingredientQuantities[1] * servingSize * 100 | roundTo:2 }} g cottage cheese
- salt
- blackpepper, ground
- dill
Preparation
Wash the potatoes well and boil them in their skins in salted water till just soft. Remove them from the water and let cool. Cut the cool potatoes in halves. Scoop out some of the potato and put it into a bowl. Add the cottage cheese, dill to taste, salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix together and fill the skins with the mixture. Put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 5-8 minutes in the oven at 180˚C and serve when the cheese mixture is bubbly.
Cook’s tip: You know that the potatoes are boiled enough when a wooden skewer goes in and out of them easily.
