Preparation
Boil 2l of water in a pot and briefly cook the vegetables in it, adding them to the water as follows: zucchini sliced in rings, broccoli taken apart in smaller pieces, and then baby carrots. Cook each vegetable for 2 minutes. In the meantime sear the meat noodles in a very hot pan, adding salt and pepper. Serve immediately with the boiled vegetables, drained, sprinkled with salt and pepper and drizzled with olive oil. Serve with BBQ sauce.
Cook’s tip: Home-made BBQ sauce
Stew peeled tomatoes with a little finely chopped red pepper, a little grated celeriac, adding salt, pepper and stevia to your taste and mix in a blender.
Sear the sirloin noodles quickly in a very hot pan so they do not release their juice. In that way the meat keeps its juice within the core of the pieces.
